Cleanup work is billed hourly, since every situation is different and depends on how much catching up is needed. Once your books are accurate and organized, I can help you transition to a routine maintenance plan to keep things running smoothly moving forward.

Routine Bookkeeping

I provide reliable bookkeeping throughout the year, with flexible scheduling based on your needs. Services can be completed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on what works best for your business. A majority of clients prefer a monthly routine for the most up-to-date insights.

Typical bookkeeping services include:

• Recording and categorizing all transactions

• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts

• Reviewing and tying A/R, A/P, payroll, and loan balances

• Sending clear, easy-to-read financial reports via email

• (Optional add-on) Payroll processing

*All routine bookkeeping services are billed at a fixed monthly fee based on volume and complexity.

For businesses that want guidance without a full-time bookkeeper, I provide ongoing support tailored to your needs. This can include reviewing your books monthly or quarterly, troubleshooting, or offering advice when something doesn’t look right.

This service is perfect for small business owners who handle some of their own bookkeeping but want a second pair of eyes to double-check accuracy and ensure everything stays on track. Ongoing support is typically billed hourly or as part of a customized service plan, depending on the level of involvement.

Quarterly options are great for smaller businesses that don't need monthly attention but still want accurate books and up-to-date reports year-round. This is available at 75% of the monthly rate.
